RMA. Email [email protected] within 30 days. Do not mail first.
In. Tagged knits and dresses, unaltered pants, clean jackets.
Out. Laundry, street wear, odor, makeup, final sale, late.
Money. Original card, 5–10 business days after Dallas intake. Return postage yours unless our error or a defect. No paired swap.
Inspection
We open returns in the order they arrive at 9050 MARKVILLE DR APT 1912, DALLAS, TX 75243. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.
How long a refund takes to show
Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.
